What is my next life mission? How can I help people be more successful and satisfied at the same time? How can I encourage them to make positive changes? These were some of the questions which led me to coaching. I have had different management roles in successful companies for 20 years, have gained several sports titles and medals, moved between continents, and have turned many other life experiences into satisfied outcomes. I am convinced that every problem has its solution. And most of all, I like to help others to discover new opportunities and unlock their full potential. Whether it concerns work, relationships, stress, efficiency, or anything else that may be important to you.
This powerful combination - the focus on people and on results at the same time - is what sets me apart and what I can offer you as your coach. In your business and in your life. My goal is to help you find your best direction, your "true North", where your purpose aligns with your values and your passion.
My then 12-year-old daughter once said to me (after we just returned from an orienteering camp) “Mom, you are my compass for life. You can show me the direction, but I will choose my path myself. " And that is a simple and lovely yet powerful summary of what I can do for you.
You are the captain of your ship and the captain of your life. I will help you navigate safely to your dream destination.
I will support you on your path to success and positive change.
Lots of professionals, outstanding entrepreneurs and smart people would tell you that hiring the right coach was one of the best decisions they have done. Hiring a coach is not perceived as an expense, rather as an investment which is bringing new results, be it revenue, success, or satisfaction – in business and in life.
The best advice I ever got was to hire a coach
“I was a CEO. I was pretty experienced. Why would I need a coach? … The coach doesn't have to play the sport as well as you do. They have to watch you and get you to be your best. In the business context a coach is somebody who looks at something with another set of eyes, describes it to you in [his] words, and discusses how to approach the problem. Once I realized I could trust him and that he could help me with perspective, I decided this was a great idea. “

Presence of COVID19 represents
difficult times for many people and businesses, this is the time to realign
your values, make new choices and reorganize your business and life. It is more than ever important to assure that you avoid burnout and coaching is excellent tool how to support the mental health, increase resilience and manage stress reactions –
for you or your key people.
A good coach can sharpen your vision and unlock your full potential. They can challenge your
views and help you see things from different perspective and overcome biases –
conscious and unconscious ones. They can challenge you and increase your comfort zone. This will open new countless possibilities and
opportunities for you, your business, and your life. Simply said, a good coach can bring the best from you.
Can you afford not to have a coach?
